I got this as a Christmas present for my husband. He seems to be very happy with it so I did well :))) When we first hooked it up to the tv, the subwoofer refused to work, so we ended up calling Visio directly. They were very nice and after a few tries with no success in trouble shooting it, they said they would send us a new one. In the meantime we got it going, turns out it was the way our cable box was hooked to the tv- go figure!
