This is my first surround sound experience and panasonic did not let me down. I do have a hard time figuring out on some of the reviews I saw about this product people said that the sound was not theater quality sound. I have no idea what they are talking about, sound completely fantastic. I did notice that if you do not use bluray format disc then the sound quality isn't as good due to the format.
